Dockers Playing for Ohio Pride Against Columbus

The Cincinnati Dockers Australian Rules Football Club will continue
their 15th anniversary season at 1:00 PM this Saturday when they
travel to nearby Columbus, Ohio to challenge their in-state rivals,
the Columbus Jackaroos. The match will take place at Tuttle Park, off
of West Lane Avenue, very close to the campus of The Ohio State

The Dockers are coming back from an 0-2 finish two weeks ago at the
Best of the Midwest tournament in Kansas City. Their first match that
weekend was a loss to the host Kansas City Power, who would go on to
win the tournament, in the opening round. In their second match, they
lost a last-minute heartbreaker to the Des Moines Roosters in the
consolation game.

Cincinnati are extremely eager to turn the tables in this weekend’s
match against the Jackaroos. Columbus’ last set of matches were
against both the Dockers and the Milwaukee Bombers in a tournament
hosted by Cincinnati late last month, where the Jackaroos were
victorious in both matches.

As a reminder, the United States Australian Football League (USAFL)
